What this means if you bought with Jampack:

• The ticket portion (plus taxes and fees per ticket) of your Jampack purchase for May 4th, 2024 will be refunded within 30 days.

  • If you used Affirm as your payment method, you'll receive a refund & cancellation of your ticket purchase via the Affirm platform. 

• All other Jampack hosted parties are scheduled as planned – plus stay tuned for new activations throughout the weekend within your customer portal. 

• Hotels are non-refundable and cannot be modified/changed.
